NEWS:

Math Motivators:  Need extra help with your math? CLC is working with Math Motivators to offer free math tutoring after-school on Wednesdays in the Library starting October 12^th.  No CLC form is needed, but you can stay after from 3-4:15 for free tutoring and a snack.

Food Market:  This month’s food market will be today, October 13^th after school.  Please remember to go to your locker first and walk in the halls.  The food market is open to all Goodrich students and families and it’s FREE!

Girls Basketball:  Are you are girl who is interested in playing basketball for Goodrich? We will have a short informational meeting on Friday, October 14th in Mrs. Brooks’ Room 8. We will talk about what the season will look like and sign up! It will start at 3:05 and shouldn’t take long, we should be finished by 3:25. Practices will start October 19th after fall break! If you can’t make the meeting, see Mrs. Brooks in Room 8 for more information.

Fall Break:  There will be no school on Monday, October 17^th and Tuesday, October 18^th for Fall Break.  School will resume on Wednesday, October 19^th.

CLC Clubs:  There will be no CLC Clubs next week, October 19^th-21^st.  2^nd quarter clubs will begin on Monday, October 24^th.

Bryan College of Health Sciences/Northwest High School on October 17^th or 20^th from 5-6 pm located at 4901 W. Holdrege Street.

The Career Academy/Southeast Community College on October 23^rd from 1-3 pm located at 8800 O Street.

Science Focus Program/Lincoln Children’s Zoo on November 1^st or 2^nd from 5-6 pm in the Multipurpose Room located at 1222 S. 27^th Street.

Bay High on November 16^th at 5:30 pm located at 2005 Y Street.

Arts & Humanities Focus Program on November 14^th at 5:30 pm located at 643 S. 25^th Street, Suite 15.
