NEWS:

Dragon Ticket Winners:  Our Dragon Ticket Winners today are 6th graders Khaldoon Shammo & Chelsea Sanchez Rodriguez, 7th graders Jwane Hasan & Alexis Gutierrez Munoz and 8th graders Kevin Tran & Gracie Alexander.  Please come to the office during lunch to play Plinko and claim your prize!

Food Market:  This month’s food market will be today, March 8th, 2018 after school.  Please remember to go to your locker first and walk in the halls.

Track Meeting:  There will be an informational track meeting today, March 8th, 2018 after school in Gym 145 starting at 3:10 pm.  The meeting will last about 20 minutes.  Practice will start when we return from Spring Break.  If you have questions ask Mr. Bender.

Backpack Program Popcorn Sales:  Popcorn will be sold in the cafeteria after school on Friday, March 9th, 2018 to raise money for the backpack program.  Popcorn is $.50 per bag.

Open Gym:  There will be no open gym during Spring Break next week.

8th Graders:  Got Spirit? Then the North Star Cheerleaders are looking for you!  Try-out packets are now available in the main office or on the North Star High School website.  Try-out practices are Monday, March 19th to Friday, March 23rd with the official try-out on Saturday, March 24th beginning at 8 am.  Contact Coach Christina Nevitt at North Star with any questions.

Yearbooks:  Bring $20 to reserve your copy of this year’s yearbook.  Yearbooks can be purchased in the main office.  Yearbooks are delivered in May!

REMINDER:  Make sure to wash your hands often to help eliminate germs and keep everyone healthy during the cold and flu season.  Also, please cover your coughs to help reduce the spread of germs.
