Belmont Recreation Center is hosting a Welcome Back BBQ on
Friday, September 21st 7 to 9:30 PM at the Rec Center. There will be
free food and lots of games. If you are interested check the message boards for
more information.
If you are interested in joining Student Council this year,
please sign up this week. The meetings will be held every other Thursday,
starting next week. The meetings will
last 45 minutes. The lists on which to
sign are posted on the office windows near the lunchroom.
Cross Country practices tonight. Meet in Ms. Spearman's room
114 dressed and ready to run.
Students interested in joining the Asian Caucus need to meet in Ms. Pracheil's Room (rm 110) on Thursday September 13th at 3:15-4:15 PM.
Here is the 8th Grade Volleyball practice schedule for the week of Sep. 3. All Girls Practice Weds., Sep. 5, Thursday Sep. 6, Friday Sep. 7, 3:15-4:15 PM. Additional practice schedules to follow.
Any girl or boy interested in attending the North Star Cheerleaders Cheer-io Kids Cheer Clinic that will be held Sep. 11-13 at North Star High School should pick up a registration form in the main office on the counter by the Health Office here at Goodrich. Participants will be eligible to perform at the Sep. 14 North Star football game at half time.
The Goodrich Olympian Voices registration forms are finally here! G.O.V. will rehearse every Monday after school beginning Sep. 10 and it is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th graders who enjoy singing. Pick up a registration form from Mrs. Jones in Vocal Music Room (141) or during your lunch period near the attendance window.
Don't
forget. We have some great pens and pencils on sale in the office for only 25 cents. Come in and check them out.
